Summary: Had this for just a little over two years now.. the picture quality is amazing.. however the bulbs seem to be going out on mine but after i flip the breaker it goes back to normal.. hopefully its not a perment problem.. But overall its an amazing tv.
Summary: I've had the TV for a little over a year. Did not get the extended warranty...dumb move, but when you pay that much for a TV you would think it would work for more than 2 years. Apparently, it is in "shut down mode" from what I've been reading. Checking out on getting it fixed, but would NEVER buy one again.
Summary: I purchased this TV in October 2009 and never had a problem with it. It looked like the color was fading and after calling the company we found out it was the cablebox. We received a new box and the colors are just a vivid as they were when i purchased the TV.
Great Tv WHEN it works- but it TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN every day!

Summary: We have had our TV 16 months. For the first year it was the BEST TV we ever owned. It had a gorgeous picture and we were thrilled with it. Around month 13 (just as the warranty ended) it started turning itself off. We contacted Mitsubishi who told us to download the "fix" from their website. We did as they instructed and it did not help one bit. They told us to reset the TV by unplugging it. That too did not help.
Summary: only complaint is that there was no remote which was sent. The picture is great and I have no complaints. For some reason UPS wants to charge me another 90.00 dollars for delivery. Don't know why but TV is great.
Summary: The TV is a lemon, a straight out lemon. Do no buy this TV unless you want a project. You would be much better off buying an LED/LCD for more money cuz repairs will cost you just as much over the first 5 yrs.
Summary: I bought model WD 65737, in less than a year it started turning itself off while watching it. W started calling costumer service dept., all they would do was say reset by turning off and back on, finally sent a upgrade, helped for a little while, then started doing the same thing again, kept calling all they would say is warranty is up, you pay if someone comes out to check it. When it does decide to stay on it is a nice tv, but who needs nice if you can't watch it.
Summary: After 2 years the DLP engine is going bad. There are approx 11 dead pixels in the video and it gets worse every day. Texas Instruments' DLP technology is a joke. If you but this TV expect to buy another one in a couple of years. Apparently you also have to replace the bulb every 1.2 years.
