  • Excerpt: I bought this Mirai 37 ins in November 2006 it has started to switch itself off I rang the Warranty service centre 0870 number 9p min per min. I have to get a large box ,TV is heavy and large I told them I did not have a box big enough, they said if you cant get a BIG box we will not collect it,the Call centre were not interested at all this is probably to put you off stay clear of this foreign rubbish for your sanity £700 down the drain,the 2 year warrantie is not worth...

  • Excerpt: I bought 2 Mirai LCD TV's the 37" model T3715C and 32" T32127 in Aug 06 both have gone faulty in Dec06, just 4 months. Phoned Mirai's warranty phone line (beware the 0870 numbers which take ages to answer) they seemed OK said they would send an engineer to collect, they use external people to collect the faulty items they have no packaging to protect your goods whilst the guy who came to me was helpful he was not expecting to collect a big TV and wasn't sure it would fit...
  • Pros: very light available at very low prices from some outlets
  • Cons: suffer faults warranty is a joke £700 down the drain
