Summary: Worst shipping experience ever. 2nd bad one with the egg in the last few months. I still do not have my tv, supposed to be delivered 2x now. Got the run around from both AIT and the local delivery contractor that delivers for them. I'm pretty sure my tv has been riding around the cities in the heat for 2 days now. NOt sure I am even going to accept it when/IF it comes tomorrow.
Summary: I purchased this TV online due to the great reviews, and also its size. No way for me to purchase and bring home in my current vehicles. The reviews were great yet we had issues almost immediately with it randomly powering off. I contacted LG as it is under warranty but because I'm 25 miles South of Atlanta I'm not close enough so LG won't come service, I have to figure out how to get it to them. In the mean time the power down events increase.
Summary: tive péssima experiência: 3 meses depois da garantia ficou sem imagem. pesquisem na net, é mais comum do que eu podia imaginar, várias reclamações. verdadeira arapuca!!! para piorar a assitencia técnica não resolve, tem q pagar para irem em casa (imaginem transportar um aparelho desses) estou há 10 dias sem tv. já estou vendo que vou ter que comprar uma nova, mas da lg nunca mais!!! prejuizo enorme.
