Summary: Took me nearly two weeks to calibrate and picture quality varies from rather good to excellent depending on source. The only real issue in terms of picture quality are the black levels which are mediocre at best and in some cases poor.
Summary: I love everything about this TV except... It has no way to listen to audio on and external speaker system or headphones which is what I need as I live in an apartment and I can't turn it up load enough to hear it without disturbing the neighbors.
Summary: I loved the price point of it, but when a few months later it stopped working due to a failed power board, I didn't love it so much. It was covered under warranty, so I got it fixed and didn't have to pay - but the whole process was annoying and took a few weeks to resolve.
Summary: Like many I had scoured the internet, reading review after review for the perfect plasma TV. I'm not going to lie, I wanted a the biggest T.V. I could afford. I like LG products and coupled with the reviews I bought the LG 60PA6500. I've had it a year now.
Summary: An amazing TV. I was concerned about the burn in and glare that so much is talked about with plasma TVs, but neither have been a problem (although the TV is in a room without many windows). The picture spectacular with colors that LCD just cant match.
Summary: After a good deal of research, I decided this 60" plasma has most of the features I want at a very reasonable price. I love movies, so a plasma was my first choice for display technology. The LG has simple controls that make set-up easy.
Summary: I'm happy with this TV for the price. It replaced a 9 year old Samsung 56" DLP which had been perfect for me. I've been messing with the settings on this for a few months now and am really pleased.
