Great TV - but for info on Netflix Streaming Issue & Documentation Quality read on...

Summary: I picked this LG TV out for all the features and I watch LG TVs in hotels often so I liked the picture quality. The unit itself is great, picture quality, etc. etc. is wonderful. It has a few issues you may have to work out and the documentation (and LG website) is of little help.
Summary: Amazon Reviews: The reviews here on this thing here are insane. How could you not buy it? So I did. When I got it I was unimpressed. I owned a 46-inch 1080p Samsung before it that is still beautiful to watch. The picture on the LG was VERY grainy and pixelated.
Summary: This TV is great. Very light and easy to set up. The picture is fantastic and the 3D which we don't use much is neat. We have kids so the passive 3d is the way to go. we have about 10 pairs of the glasses and the kids love watching movies when we up convert them to 3d.
Summary: I believe that I wasted my money paying for CEVA delivery. They were slow, expensive, and couldn't even get the order right.
Pros: The picture is huge, crisp, and beautiful. The TV itself is thin and pretty. There are lots of connectors on the back, including 4 HDMI, 2 USB, LAN, component, RGB, and various audio. Once I got everything set up the way I wanted it, it was fantastic-looking. I will enjoy this TV for a long time.
Cons: My biggest complaint was the CEVA delivery service. They held the delivery in a warehouse for several days before delivering it. And when they finally decided to deliver it, they insisted I had only "Basic Delivery", which was bunk because I paid an extra $170 for setup. I showed them my receipt ...
Summary: This set was purchased for a family room - with a VIZIO 3D Bluray player (because I needed a small footprint). I supplemented the sound with a Panasonic SC-HTB520 sound bar (with wireless subwoofer). This combo works very well.
Summary: My wife and I purchased this TV from Amazon on Sunday evening, and it was at our doorstep by Wednesday afternoon. As always, payment and shipment with Amazon are simply fluid transactions and top notch service. As for the TV itself, WOW is all I can say. Out of the box, the color is simply stunning.
Summary: The LG 55LW5600 is a great TV. It's amazingly thin and light and produces a very good picture in most circumstances. 3D mode is great on movies designed for 3D. 3D mode is an okay novelty at best for all other movies and programming not designed for 3D.
Summary: Overall I woudnt trade it for any TV. LED makes up for the 30% light loss experienced through 3d glasses. Watched Tron 2 3D as my first 3d Movie. Totally Blew Me Away. Cant imagine what Avatar will be like.
Pros: Excellent value and shipping as always by newegg. LG is a great brand with great Customer Service. Great product. Excellent resolution, easy to set up. Comes with 4 pairs of glasses and if you break some easy to take some home after watching a 3D movie at the theater. Comes with a wireless adapte...
Cons: There's a setting that comes turned on by default called TruVision or something of the sort. Totally had me freaked out. Almost RMAd the TV. Also 2D>3D conversion sucks. Its not Limited to 3d. Not the TV's or LGs fault except for why include an option that is mediocre at best? Truth is it's impos...
Pros: As I mentioned in an earlier review, the TV is great and I am very satisfied with the exception of the Magic Motion Remote Control.
Cons: I've had to replace AA batteries twice in 3 days since I have had the Magic Motion Remote Control. I know I've used it quite a bit to learn it, but in 3 days to go through 4 AA batteries is a little too much.
