Summary: Normally I have good experience with LG products. I have a 55" LG in my living room that's been running strong for four years now. I bought this LG for the upstairs hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately, like so many others have noted, this one bit the dust after about 20 months.
Good TV but picture only lasted a little over a year!!

Summary: I've been very pleased with this TV which I bought in January of 2014 however just over a year later the picture has gone. Don't buy this TV without purchasing the protection. I'm waiting now to see what SquareTrade is going to do and how cumbersome it's going to be to replace it or if they will.
Summary: Complete waste of money. The idea of buying this was great. Nice TV for the bedroom, not too big but wireless for Netflix etc. it turns out that there is an LG TV glitch. It started turning on and off continuously for no reason.
This product is very user friendly, easy to set up

Summary: This TV is my first LED Smart TV. My experience has been very rewarding with this product. Even though I am technically oriented, it is, in my opinion veary easy to set up, no matter how complicated your setup is.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
The operation system of the TV is not responsive, don't buy it.

Summary: In several weeks, a notification window popped up saying, "Additional devices has been detected, would you like to use it?" while nothing was connected. I tried to get some help from LG customer service but failed because they were often not available and not so responsive.
Summary: A great TV. The only problem with the physical design is the location of the HDMI ports being on the side. Unless you use an adapter it makes the TV unsightly by having three HDMI cords coming out the side where they are very visible.
Summary: I got this TV last year and TV screen stopped working. LG support says that LCD panel has to be replaced, which costs as much as new TV costs. They said it is rare, but possible that panel gets damaged in their models.
Summary: This TV began having problems only 1 month after purchase. It flashes power off and on. We had zero luck talking to an LG representative so I began to troubleshoot it myself and even bought a new power cord. No luck though. Still flashes off and on repeatedly.
