Summary: I'm old school enough that seeing a message that I need to update the software on my TV feels weird. The picture is great. I don't use the 3D features much, but I did connect my laptop and use it as a giant monitor to play my MMORPG (Guild Wars 2) in 3D and that was pretty epic.
Summary: The TV has been in operation for several months and has worked very good. Wireless streaming virtually no issues, excellent picture quality on standard and 3D. A small amount of edge bleed on totally dark picture, but very good overall. Not sure about the magic remote- it can be frustrating.
Summary: I've owned this unit for a couple of months now and all I've got is positive things to say about it. The picture is great, the 3D is awesome, and even when the TV is off, it looks good.. I love the "window" look to this tv. It's not bulky but it's still a very large screen.
Summary: I have been using this TV for a month now and its worth the money I spent on it. The HD and 3D features are fantastic. Although, I am having difficulty connecting my mobiles and PC to the TV. I guess, I have not read the manual properly.
Summary: A friend purchased the LG 55LM8600 and recommended it to me. Based on what he told me I bought the TV. The 55LM8600 was fast to setup and I was accessing apps within minutes. I easily changed the picture default settings to adjust to the lighting in the family room.
Summary: Beautiful picture, easy to use, my 6yr old grandson uses the magic remote for Netflix with ease. I absolutely love this TV and all it's features. I'm usually a thifty shopper but this TV was worth every cent! Although I did get it on sale.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
