Stopped Working After 2 Weeks - LG Customer Service Couldn't Care Less

Summary: Beware! TV was great for the 2 weeks it worked, until I went home one evening to watch a movie and it wouldn't turn on. No power. Dead. I called LG customer support and was told their in-house repair service was booked for the following 3 days and that I would have to call back the following day because they could book appointments 3 days out! No thank you, TV will be headed back for a return.
Summary: This TV worked beautifully and looked great until the screen unexpectedly went to a black screen and wouldn't work after only 49 days! I returned it today. Amazon has really great Custer service.
Already needs warranty repair work after only 3 weeks of use

Summary: I first received this product and it was missing 2 of the 8 required screws in order to attach TV to stand. I called customer support and the gentleman I talked to insisted it only took 6 screws instead of 8. He fought me over this issue for 10 minutes before I finally took a picture of my owners manual to prove it to him. He told me they would send 8 new screws in the mail and to date I still have not received them. Bad start.
Absolute worst quality with all bells and whistles

Summary: I am going through a nightmare with this TV. So many features, bells and whistles like smart tv, 3D, bla, bla bla was advertised i dumped my samsung and bought this TV. All the features were quite underwhelming- Guys be honest do you really think 3D looks like cinema 3D. Its a junk. After all this i still kept the TV and in less then 45 days it breaks down. Now this is the nightmare part- its been 1 MONTH and still its NOT fixed.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, junk, customer service
Summary: the TV is great when it worked. After one month it will not turn on. the motherboard is fried.it has been one week and i have not seen any one come out to look at the TV. LG told me that Pecision TV inc. will be out to look at it in 2 days but i had to call them. Pecision asked what was wrong with it and I told them that it will not turn on and that the red light just blinks. they said that it was the motherboard and that they did not need to send any one out.
