Summary: First...I've had this TV for a year and three months, we quit using the 3D features w/in a month. They just aren't that impressive especially when you ultimately realize that there really isn't that much 3D programming out there. Don't waste your money on that feature. Second, their claim to "seamlessly" being able to do anything. It's often as frustrating as waiting on customer service after being disconnected twice while previously waiting.
Summary: great product until the ports stopped working while still under warranty and after calling and setting up the service call which never happened over the period of 30days. Every time I called they would say that they would schedule a service tech to come out only for me to call back to find out they had never set up the service call. after going through this for over a month.
3D Preload App does not work-TV under warranty - LG support is useless

Summary: Model: 55GA6400 The 3D Preloads are about 17 minutes long. About 2 minutes into the 3D Preload, the app freezes. Sometimes the TV screen blacks out. Contacted LG via email. The support team told me to make sure all updates were done. I gave them the information: System updates - Done Applications updates - Done Android 4.2.2 Version The 3D Pre-loads still do not work.
Summary: I have had my eye on a Google TV for sometime now. I probably had this particular TV in my cart for 4 or 5 months, when a great price come up I jumped at it and couldn't be happier. I previously had a 50' Samsung Plasma TV and there is no comparison. THIS LG 55GA6400 IS AMAZING!! Great picture quality, easy set up and LOTS of features! With passive 3D converting from any 2D content it is super easy to watch EVERYTHING in 3D.
