Summary: The remote is a very odd shape and does not lie flat, however, I am controlling the set through my receiver so the only time I use the remote is to turn 3d on and off. The 2d to 3d converter works fairly well but sometimes moves objects in the background to the foreground and vice versa.
Pros: The housing is simple and does not detract/distract from the viewing area, it is very slim and light.
Cons: Localized pixelation during action scenes in both 2 and 3d most notable while watching Avengers, Spiderman, Dark Knight Rises BluRays, sports and racing. Summary: I was happy with the TV for the first 3 weeks, although the blur during sports was very noticeable versus the plasma it was replacing. The built in browser worked well and the 3D was very cool(although content is still minimal).
