Great TV, but LG's customer relations are terrible ...

Summary: I've had the TV for a few weeks, and am sending it back. It has a great picture, and the internet (Netflix) works well with the separate USB piece LG makes and sells. I'm sending it back for a specific reason that may not affect many customers, but was infuriating for me.
Summary: I bought the 47LE5400 during a killer sale on Amazon, got it for a great price, and was excited when it was delivered. My previous set was a 720p plasma and I had heard that the new LED-LCDs were far superior. Unfortunately, I didn't have the TV on for more than 1 minute before noticing problems.
