Excerpt: I recently had to trade in my 42 inch TV, because my husband decided he wanted something bigger. We were going to get a 46 inch, but saw the 47 Inch HDTV from LG on sale. The TV is much different than the 42 inch. It is still nice, …
Summary: I purchased this tv about a year and a half ago. No real issues with it. It was a great TV for the price but it only lasted for a year and a half before it stopped working. Not exactly a cheap TV either so now I either have to replace it or I have to pay to have it fixed or replace it.
Summary: Don't buy a TV any more buy the warranty. This product had a one year warranty. I bought it in March of 2010. On August 2012 it is dead. They want $200 to diagnose the problem and there is no guarantee it can be fixed or what parts will cost.
Summary: I receive nothing but compliments on the picture quality of this TV. I don't miss it being 60Hz as opposed to 120Hz, but I'd definitely miss it not being 1080. I watch BluRay DVDs and also use OTA reception for all of my broadcasts. Without the 1080p, I'd definitely be missing out.
Summary: This tv is great, especiall for the price. The picture was clear, the tv is just as it looks, if not better, and the delivery was prompt. The delivery guy carried it in and had me look it over before he left. I love my tv.
