Summary: I love this TV for the most part. The picture is great if the true motion feature is off. The processor is a little slow to me, it takes to long to pull up the input selection or the home screen. The magic remote got old pretty quick. I would prefer a remote that had a qwerty keyboard on it with more buttons for input selection and commonly used functions. I was amazed that I could just plug my external hard drive into the usb port and play movies.
Summary: My first flat screen and smart tv and I like it VERY much. Easy to set up and great picture to start off with. Sound is hands down better than anything else in the showroom that I listened to. Smart features make Tv time much more interesting--watching movies on youtube for one example. Netflix movies load in seconds. I consider myself lucky I checked out LG before I bought another major brand!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: I bought this TV in February 2013 and overall this is a great TV with an exceptionally clear picture. It is light weight and easily movable. My big complaint of this TV is that when watching Netflix it is not Netflix friendly as far as watching a Season(s) of a TV show. The way this TV shows Seasons and episodes is not by a list by Season but by one big long picture frame and if you want to go from Season 1 Episode 4 to Season 5 Episode 2 you have to scroll through all...
Summary: I purchased this set about a month ago. The picture is amazing, and the "Just Scan" feature makes it great as a computer monitor. Turning the settings to "game" makes gaming possible - while there is always some post-processing, the game mode actually reduces a good bit of the lag. I have no complaints with the sound, even though I'm just using the built-in speakers. They're adequate if not a little quiet. As a TV, this thing is great.
Summary: I have had this TV for about a week now and am very satisfied. Very nice picture quality, even my very basic, non-HDMI cable box looks decent. A little hard to see a dark show in a bright room but its hard to blame the TV for this, its plenty bright in the evening. I turned off "Tru Motion" which by the way must be done for each individual input. Lots of inputs which was very important to me.
Summary: We could not be more pleased with our purchase. And the price was FANTASTIC value. Far better that even the largest on-site retail discount stores. Of course, the LG name, itself, means superior product and customer long-term satisfaction. Further, the TV has all of the features we wanted, and it works FLAWLESSLY! Purchase without anxiety.
Summary: This TV is great for the price. The smart features are easy to navigate, the picture quality is excellent, and sound is acceptable for a smaller room (such as a bedroom). The only complaint I have is the about the "Magic Remote". It is a fun concept, but can be difficult to use. The remote functions in the same manner as a Wii-mote (Nintendo Wii controller). I would prefer a regular remote, with all the standard buttons.
