  • Summary: this TV has everything I was looking for except for what I had to pay for it. It was very costly but sometimesas an early adopter we pay out the nose.

  • Summary: Purchased this for my Aunt whose 42" LG quit after 4 years. She has trouble with eyesight so stuck with the 42". It has a ton of features that she will never use such as on-line capability etc. but stuck with the brand she knows. If I had not been there to program the TV, she would never have been able to get it to work because of the limited instructional material and at one point wanted me to return it as she thought the programming procedure would have to be...

  • Summary: bought for $500. Not many complaints. I had to change the energy savings feature bc the brightness would keep going dark to conserve power. After I did that every thing is pretty good. Picture is good for the money. I love the wireless wifi - after owning this I will never buy a tv without it (but in a few years every tv will probably have it anyway). Streaming netflix is a breeze 99% of the time.

  • Summary: I had purchased a Vizio returned it [poor picture quality]. Purchased the LG instead, it truly was a better choice. It cost a little more but it is much higher quality and worth it.

Great Television

  • Summary: I purchased this television from another store but, I wanted to share my experience. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it didn’t come with a magic remote and Skype is an app but you have to use a LG specific camera instead of a USB. Also, there was a wifi issue. The setup was very easy. I configured the system for Wifi at first and tried to update the software but, the signal dropped out so, I connected via a LAN cable. This was no big issue for me.
