Pros: * Excellent picture quality, white balance, color accuracy, full High Definition 1920x1080. * Very slick user interface ~ it's so good that LG still uses the exact same operating system on their current line of TV's. * All the inputs & outputs anyone could ever need with 2 HDMI. * Works fantastic...
Cons: We have yet to experience anything even slightly negative about this TV. We had the 32LD450 32" version for three years and only upgraded to this one because we were ready for a larger TV.
Summary: Good TV for the price - you're paying for the hardware specs and not the erroneous features.
Pros: Comes with all of the features you'd expect in a top of the line TV but without the bells and whistles. 120hz refresh rate is awesome for watching movies but you won't notice it while gaming unless you have a video card that can render that many frames. Still good to have. HDMI lag is non-existen...
Cons: Not a deal breaker: only two HDMI inputs... This is fine for me because I am only using a single input: My computer.
Summary: I have this tv hanging in my bedroom on a 21in possible extension swivel mount. It is looking great. Not even using cable but instead just an Xbox 360 for streaming apps. Works great on this tv.
Pros: Extremely light. Nice 1080p HD picture. Remote is basic and all you'll need. The price was $380 a week ago but Newegg sent me a $50 promo code. Couldn't beat it! Now this tv is even cheaper if you check the price. Great deal! Simply cannot top Newegg.
Cons: Sound isn't the greatest, but who expects that anyway.
Summary: Make sure you rename the HDMI ports to PC using the menu, otherwise if you plug in a PC to them, you will get overscanning because the PC displays a different size for TV labeled HDMI ports. The colors are okay, but not as vibrant as my PC screen (At least once you normalize the TV settings).
Pros: Cheap. Pretty crazy low for a 42" LED TV Really light The User Menu is pretty straight forward
Cons: The TV is defaulted to some wonky default eco setting where the screen color is way too warm / has that awesome "SUPER OMEGA DYNAMIC CONTRAST" enabled. I ended up using the Expert 1 profile and tweaking it from there.
