Summary: Very good picture. Very attractive design. But the Magic Remote is a total piece of garbage. You don't need to use it for normal TV operation, - just Smart TV functions (Apps). It will not work acceptably with the BBC IPlayer. LG blame the BBC. I'm not convinced. Also Audio tends to de-sync with picture. There is a Audio-sync control which you repeated have to visit to fix the problem.
Cons: Magic Remote, Also Audio sync tends to wander off.
Summary: I'm not going to go on and on about this tv. Facts are simple: I already had a network connected 46" Sony Bravia in the living room, just bought a Samsung 3D Smart tv 40" for my mum's bedroom and decided to treat myself. This replaces my monitor for the desktop and has become the main tv for me. The one thing that lets it down a little is that to get to the EPG, you have to leave the channel you are watching.
Summary: Having had this television for three months I find it to be of very good build and performance quality. The picture controls will need some adjusting to get the best quality images but after adjusting the very wide parameter menu the resulting picture is superb. In s.d. mode the picture quality seems very sensitive to the broadcast input, some stations broadcasting with different compression algorithms. With a decent quality broadcast s.d. results are very good.
Summary: I bought this tv from a local provider and was tempted to return it at first. Colours looked washed out and blacks had to be brought up to grey before they showed any detail. However I persevered with it and I can now say I am very happy. You need to be careful with the dynamic contrast as it tends to add grey shades into shadows and makes the picture grainy. Noise filters also need to be way up as it picks up on all the noise detail.
Good picture, stylish, remote control stopped working

Summary: We bought this TV from a very well known high street department store. Out of the box, I was not impressed with the 2D picture, but spending time adjusting the colour, contrast and other settings is really worth the effort because it transforms the viewing experience. We connected it to our WiFi, plugged an external hard drive into one of the USB ports, a PS3 and a 3D blu ray player to two of the HDML ports. Everything works well.
Summary: I just had to put my thoughts down to review this TV, due to it's superb performance and features..and a few niggles it has. I've been adding as I've found things out...good and not so good...Just because I own it I am not biased to tell it as it is I had made a big mistake several years ago by buying a Samsung Lcd 40" and found so many faults with it after the fact and I was determined not to make the same mistake again..
Summary: I too didn't buy this product from Amazon (Somewhere on Google shopping had an offer on for £140 cheaper!). I've had this for just over 2 months now and it is stunning! Perfect replacement for my 2010 Samsung LED Series 4 TV, can't fault it, pretty thin, buttons are nice, and the Magic Remote + 7 sets of glasses included (1 clipon, 2 for splitscreen/fullscreen gaming, 4 standard pairs) is fantastic quality, only wish I had gone for the 47" version which was only £90 more...
Summary: hi Niall, i am totally confused!!!! when this LG670T is getting 'editor's choice' from you, the Cnet-US is just telling it 'OK'. are the TVs in USA different than in UK? please clarify. thanks.
Summary: I'll start by saying that I did not purchase this TV from Amazon. At the time Amazon did not stock this model. I wish they had because they would have exchanged/ refunded this TV. I purchased this TV in May 2012, right from the start the sound on this TV has been a problem. Firstly the sound did not coincide with the picture, out of sync. All very annoying having to flick through channels and back on numerous occasions to get speech and picture to line up.
