Summary: The TV looked impressive until it started freezing, restarting several times on its own, and finally stopped working altogether. Repairman told me this is common with this tv and is repairing. They will not replace the TV, so I am stuck with an expensive TV with band aid parts (assuming it can be fixed) that will likely fail quickly after warranty expires. I did some internet browsing and found other consumers reporting this problem. You buy at your own risk.
Summary: I had this LG LH50 for two weeks and had multiple issues. Finally I had to ship it back to Amazon. Firstly, My LG LH50 powers off itself abruptly and powers back on. This happens randomly. If it happens while I am watching Netflix, it reverts back the source to Cable so i have to start it all over again to continue watching the Netflix movie. Secondly, The display freezes and the only option for me is to power off. Even the remote won't respond.
Summary: I returned my first set. The newest one was delivered yesterday. Same problem. The darn thing doesn't come on until 3 to 5 times of turning it on and off. This can't be good for the longevity of it. The thing powers up ok, but it seems it doesn't recognize the input. As this is the same exact problem I has with the first one, I must be doing something wrong. I'll have a LG tech come out and evaluate it. Either way, the set should be way easier to turn the heck on!
