Summary: I havent had one problem with the Tv. Its made well and if you take care of it and don't beat on her she works tge same as th2 first day I got her, options are limited, wi fi is decent, I like
Summary: Pros: Great picture quality, even when viewing analog CATV channels. Very user-friendly menu system. Cons: After approximately 2-years, the blue power on indicator stopped functioning, however, this does not seem to have negatively impacted the TV's performance otherwise. After approximately 4 years, the remote control started acting funky, even with fresh Alkaline batteries it became necessary to stand no more than 6 feet from TV to get the remote to function properly.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: Love the TV! Great picture, great sound, great features! However, recently, it has a squealing noise that I have contacted LG about. I am currently awaiting a response from tech service on this issue. I shall revamp this review after hearing from them.
Summary: Ok so i bought this TV in Oct 2010. Been almost 2 years and even though it is only 15000:1 ratio, and LCD; it does better than those currect 4M:1 ratio LED's out there! Sound is perfect and NO LAG with any surround sound system that i have encountered. If you can find this TV and money is tight, go for it! Only downside--it only has 3 HDMI ports, but really this is not a BIG hangup.
Summary: We've had this TV for just over two years. About six months ago a black line showed up on the right hand side of the screen. Soon, two more lines appeared in the same area. About two months ago, a shadow appeared on the same side of the screen. I don't get it, back in the day one would spend $300 on a tube TV and it would last 30 years. With this TV, you'll be lucky to get 30 months.
Beautiful...but no Wireless Internet..need Home Theater System for Improved Sound

Summary: Loves this set. Purchased it Election Day 2008. Easy to use/program. Picture: awesome! Just make sure that you have your resolution set to 1080p, since the default setting is on 1080i. Sound: what were they thinking? The sound is very distorted on high bass sound (suspense and thriller movies). Internet: No, they didn't see it coming with this set.
Summary: In an attempt to save a little money and get what I thought was a good tv, I purchased this LG tv a year and a half ago. The picture is great, the sound is less desirable (I use my stereo for sound), but now, the remote doesn't work. Really!? I've taken it to the shop (authorized LG repair shop) 4 times for the same problem. Apparantly, there's a problem in the "board." The shop is asking for another $200 plus to replace the "board," with no warranty.
