Summary: The picture and viewing angle are absolutely fabulous on my model. I was deciding between this and a Samsung LED, and I honestly would choose this TV (properly configured) over the Samsung now.
Pros: LED picture quality, LCD price LED power savings Multitude of inputs Interfaces with other LG products (namely, my HT system) extremely well. One remote controls everything right out of the box.
Cons: Default color settings are pretty atrocious. Don't leave the TV in it's "tru-motion" blah blah whatever ultra fast 120Hz mode. It makes normal videos/tv shows look super cheesy, very "home video-ish". I bumped mine down to 24 in the settings and I haven't had a problem since.
Summary: Read these reviews with a heap of salt, not a few grains. If you ignore all the people who swear the tv they never took out of the box is bad- you are left with a few very positive reviews. Reading reviews by "experts" on unopened boxes would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
Pros: Great viewing angles and very bright. Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed with the picture quality. It looks amazing as a monitor.
Cons: None- other than fairly weak speakers, although I wasn't expecting much from a tv this thin.
Pros: Very nice TV. I replaced my 22" samsung monitor on this TV. I have 2GB 5780 XFX Eyefinity graphic card and everything running great. PC games become incredible, specially strategy what i really like, everything detailed and clear. dirt 2 crisp and fast no slow motion - 120 Hz really working. Also...
Cons: I don't see a big difference if I'm watching it from the side I got "D" VA panel. I don't care about this i like my new TV I really love intelligent sensor. Very easy menu
Summary: There were many reviews complaining about the VA panel. I live in a small studio and wasn't too concerned about the viewing angle just because I won't be watching from the sides. I have looked at it from the sides just to see how "bad" the VA panel is and I really don't notice a huge difference.
Pros: -Thin profile -Great Picture
Cons: -Audio jumpy (says my wife) I think it is just the programming.
