Summary: I ordered this in September. A month later it will not stay on.. Got it repaired- with no big problem, but huge inconvenience. This morning, it has happened again. I am calling for a repair order after I write this review. No more LG for me.
Summary: Picture quality: color, sharpness, contrast, etc, starts out great. Between 15 to 60 minutes there is a dramatic decrease in the quality of all these features. I have had the TV 12 days, and it acts the same way every time - very disappointed. As soon as time permits, I plan to return the unit to a local store and exchange it for different Brand.
Can't speak for new but make SURE you don't buy used.

Summary: Amazon quality checked this television and resold it but this can't be possible. Once I plugged the set in I had problems within 1 minute. The television cuts on, cuts off, randomly. Goes for moments with the red light at bottom flashing then spontaneously cuts back on. Then will cut back off. On and off over and over again. This is the last used set I will buy. Funny thing is I thought I was buying a new set at the time I made the purchase.
Summary: Worked for awhile and had great picture quality but after 3 weeks the TV just kept turning off and on incessantly. Tried to trouble shoot but to no avail. It appears that after the TV got to a certain temperature (after so many hours of viewing) something would just start shorting out. Looked online to see if this problem was frequent but didn't find anything. I'm thinking something may have been damaged during shipping but who really knows.

Summary: This was my fourth LG TV and I really wanted to like this. I have three other LG TV's in the following sizes, 32", 47" and 55". This is the 2013 year model and my other TV's were from 2011 and 2012. When the TV arrived I unpacked the boxed and noticed a 4" x 4" bracket that was not listed in the manual. After looking at it again, I noticed that it was a Joey mounting bracket from DishNetwork's Hopper system!!! Now how did that get in there?
