Summary: We get a good pic sometimes, but it it very grainy most of the time... It's brand new... it should be sharp as crystal, we have Dish hookup and the second set we have is 12+ yrs old in a guest bedroom and it's picture quality is excellent all the time. We have done the aspect and piture tuning thru the different settings...not a solution. We are very disappointed.
Summary: I'm one of the unlucky ones who got a TV that mysteriously turns itself on and off every few minutes. It was really a shame because when it worked it gave beautiful images. I really wished it had worked. I can't say enough good things about LG's Customer Service. They worked with me to troubleshoot and then service the unit. when that didn't worked the bought the defective TV back! Based upon this when I ordered a replacement TV of course it was an LG.
Summary: So thankful for Amazon. The first one I got wouldn't stay on. I spent a good amount of time on the phone with Amazon support walking trying to troubleshoot. In the end, Vanessa with Amazon sent me a new one and I shipped the first one back. No hassles with Amazon at all. The new TV is now working fine, but it's a little difficult to recommend with the problems I had with the first one. Love you, Amazon!
Summary: I just recently bought this for my bedroom. The size works great. The picture quality is good, nothing exceptional. My disappointment is with the stand. It is VERY small and unsteady when put together per the instruction page. If you buy this TV be sure to place it on a very sturdy service where no one can bump into it. It does have a hole in the bottom rear that a screw fits into if you want to attach it to the surface that it is placed on.
Summary: With one exception, this TV, with only a couple of weeks' use, seems to be all it was advertised. Wal-Mart online (ship to store) price was $30 less than in-store price! Front Speakers would vastly improve sound! The Exception: I overlooked the details of input connections available - no VGA nor PC Sound input - so will have to purchase HDMI Cable.
Summary: I respect the name (LG) and their products , on my recent purchase I've had an intermitten power problem, it's been looked at by one of the companies technicians, no problem was found; LG has set-up another appointment for technicians to look at again, I'm hoping and praying this issue will be solved this time. I'm wondering what will be my next step in solving my probem.
