Summary: We tried unsuccessfully to obtain 3-yr warranty on this product, we inquired at store, online and by phone to no avail. When we called the person told us that we would be contacted regarding warranty! What now?
Summary: I haven't had this TV too long so I don't know the long term conditions of it but so far, it works perfectly. It has great pictures, great sound, and enough A/V and HDMI outlets that I need. I would suggest this TV. Only thing is, it is slightly wobbly. Not where it would fall down but it could if surface it pushed hard enough. The stand isn't that sturdy and to make it sturdy, they give a screw to screw on the stand into your furniture which I thought was ridiculous.
Summary: My TV picture went out on a Friday night. By Saturday noon I was feeding my TV addiction with my new LG purchased on line and picked up at my local store. Everything went well including the excellent LG rep who helped me set it up with Uverse. I owned an LG TV in the past and am even happier with this one.
