Summary: I can't help feeling a bit ripped off by this whole process. When I RMA'd it back for replacement, newegg was out of stock, so gave me a refund instead. The problem with this is that I had to pay to ship it back to them so now I am $50 in the hole with nothing to show for it.
Pros: For the 2-3 days it lasted, it seemed like a decent tv. Robust feature set, nice picture quality, easy to use, etc.
Cons: After 2-3 days it started to turn itself off. This just got progressively worse, so of course I had to RMA it. Apparently the power boards have a defect in a lot of these which causes this to happen. It's a shame really.
