Summary: Just a horrible screen. The sides were blurred. At first I thought my vision was going on me. But then had a look at another screen and confirmed that it was indeed the screen that was faulty.
Summary: Was told by LG that is was not worth getting fixed beacause it will cost more than a replacement. Richard at LG was not helpful, he tried to suggest everything from not using it enough to the hot temps we had on the east coast recently (it is in AC 24/7). Last LG I will buy :(
Pros: Beautiful picture
Cons: After 2 years of occasional use, half the screen has a picture, the other half is black with two white stripes.
Summary: I'm very upset that this TV lasted about 2 years and 10 months! The picture started to lock up and then it would do a slow fade until all grey. This lasted on and off over about 5 days and that was it. Dead.
Summary: Cannot recommend this TV. After only 1 week, Speakers blew out. External audio out also did not work. LG CS was polite but unable to help. Replacement Phillips TV also had a better picture and better sound and I wound up getting it on sale and made $5 back.
Summary: Well, this item arrived DOA. When I contacted LG, they said they couldn't locate a repair facility in my area, and that it would take 3 to 5 days to find someone to repair it. They also said that if they couldn't find anyone to repair it, they would issue a replacement.
Summary: This was my father's day present, and I was so excited. We researched 32-inch TVs a lot, and this one seemed like the best for the price. Man, what a lemon. And LG customer service has been really disappointing.
Summary: Great picture quality, low price, etc. However, after viewing from the HDMI input and then switching the video source back to Cable-TV (coax connector) or DVD (component), there can be no sound. (Sometimes there is sound, sometimes there isn't sound.
