quick and easy to set up - great gaming monitor but went dead after less than 3 months

Summary: This monitor was purchased after my 24" one broke and is primarily used for gaming. It has an amazing response rate and nice colours, and was very clear - easy to set up and use - would recommend for latest games and MMO's, nice contrast and good viewing angles. However, came home turned it on and it was completely dead after less than 3 months use, no power at all.
Summary: Had an old 27inch 1900x1200 monitor which was failing and time for a change. Impossible to find a reasonably priced high resolution monitor and decided to try a 1900x1080 144mhz setup. This monitor is amazing and colours are bright and crisp for gaming and once you've played a game at 120+mhz compared to the standard 60mhz, there is no going back. Great monitor and am considering buying a second.
Summary: Not everything I would hope for. First of all the speakers are completely useless. You've never heard a more tinny piece of cack in your life. I wasn't expecting dolby surround but dont even think about using this monitor without seperate speakers. Secondly, as someone said, the colour reproduction is awful. You can rectify this somewhat by turning the blue down to around 78 but even so, everything looks unnatural. Even if you have the monitor on 'auto'.
Summary: Wide screen, clear, good controls to enable personalisation. It is only a screen, so unlike some which come with extra USB ports etc. this does not. It makes up for that lack with great clarity and stability of picture.
Summary: If you love your colors do not buy this monitor.Buils quality is zero, and color reproduction is very bad.I mean...very very bad.Stand is also just a junk piece of plastic...The 120Hz is nice, but that is the only god thing and it does not worth to pay the premium...price is too much just for this feature.
