Summary: So i have had this TV for almost exactly 2 years now, and today it fried on me. The picture goes black after a few seconds of powering on, and will not turn off without unplugging it entirely. Up until it died on me, it was a decent 29'' TV with a solid picture and good sound, so there was really nothing to complain about considering the price is less then $200. It served it's purpose while it lasted.
save your money!!!even for the low price its garbage

Summary: i purchased this tv only for the price...and i certainly got what i paid for ....to start the remote came with brand new dead batteries..replaced the batteries and it worked...the tv has a god aweful picture and the tint is way off...after many hours of trying to adjust picture i gave up......closest tv gets to right color/tint setting is pink faces...would make the perfect gift for an inlaw or someone you dont hear from often..
Summary: My husband and I bought this for our 75 year old neighbors for the computer room, they purchased a second tv, different brand, for their kitchen and ending up returning it because it was not nearly as good quality as this one. We've since ordered our neighbors a second one of these for their kitchen and they couldn't be happier with the picture and sound quality and the ease of use. This is a great little tv for the money!
Summary: When I bought this tv it seemed like a good bargain, it was very easy to assemble, although the connections on the back were a pain to hookup due to limited movement room. However after using the tv for 20-30 minutes it became unresponsive to the remote and controls on the tv itself. After calling Haier and then Amazon and numerous troubleshootings, I exchanged the broken tv for another thinking, "There is no way I could have the same problem with 2 tv's."; wrong.
