Summary: Tv was ok to start with but now just turns itself off when it feels like it colours are not that good compeard to my samsung 32" and it was a lot cheaper than the finlux .as for no Netflixs just iPlayer well I could have bought a cheaper tv and just plugged it into my home computer you expect all smart tv to at least have this.
Summary: I bought this TV as it sounded a good buy, it had the smart tv capability I was looking for and came with wifi dongle etc. I have to say that the customer service has been helpful but I'm no further forward in resolving any of the issues. The pause live TV and recording just doesn't work.(I have had one replacement TV already and it's the same) This seems to be a problem with all TV's reading the other reviews.

Summary: In addition to what I have stated below Finlux contacted me again today (14th March 2013)offering me a £25 goodwill gesture to remove this feedback. They claimed to have fixed the problem with the TV. However it was not just the TV but the customer service attitude. JUST BEEN CONTACTED(19th February 2013) BY FINLUX OFFERING ME A £30 GOODWILL GESTURE TO REMOVE THIS FEEDBACK.
Summary: I bought this product after reading other reviews that said the product was good, I was put off by the fact that I have never heard of finlux, well now that I have I know to avoid them at all costs in future! Tv worked for a week then, screen just went black, nothing would come up on the screen.Contacted finlux, it took four weeks before they came to take my tv away.
