Excerpt: We bought this tv on "black friday" to replace our old, big clunky tv in our bedroom. It was easy to install but the quality isn't really the greatest. It seems a little grainy. It's one of those "you get what you pay for" items. This tv is not our primary tv so it doesn't really bother me. It's just not as crisp and clear as other more expensive tv's but does a great job for our needs. We haven't done any streaming so I can't comment on that but Blue Ray's look AWESOME.
Excerpt: I Bought this on the Walmart Black Friday Sale for my daughter For $150 very good price for a 32" TV. I Wasn't real sure about the Emerson brand I haven't heard much about it but was willing to take the chance. It seems as though it's a good TV there are so many new brands coming out I do know emerson has been around for a while just never put much thought into purchasing this brand.
Excerpt: We bought this Emerson 32 inch Class LCD HDTV – LC320EM1F flat screen TV for my 9 year old for Christmas this year. We got an awesome deal on it from Walmart on Black Friday, only $198. I was a little hesitant because I could not find any reviews on this exact model, but for the size and price I decided to brave the crowds and get this. I am so glad I did. This tv is so worth the 3 hours of standing in line.
Summary: I ended up taking this TV back to the store. I knew Emerson made shoddy electronics but was lured into buying it by the price...big mistake. The picture is poor, fuzzy, and has a terrible contrast ratio. The unit and remote are cheaply constructed. The sound is below average compared to other flatscreens. I ended up purchasing a VIZIO 32" and would five it 5 out of 5 stars.
Summary: This is an OK TV considering the very low price. 720p is just fine for 32". This TV is made by FUNAI. The first one I got didnt even last 24 hrs - the volume got stuck at 100 then it started buzzing even when unplugged then wouldnt turn on at all. I exchanged it and the replacement has been working well for 3 days now. I got this TV for an 11 year old and for him its the best thing ever especially when you compare this to an old CRT TV.
Summary: We had our TV for about 2 years and it worked great until we noticed when we turned it on there were lines going down in different colors. After the TV would be on for a little while they would disappear, no problem. About a month or so later the lines wouldn't disappear and that became a problem. Luckily, we had the "Protect It" service plan.
Summary: After using a tube tv with a converter box I decided to upgrade I searched for an afordable HDTV untill I found it here. This TV has crystal clear picture quality. The sound is not all the best mostly treble and hardly any bass but for me it's okay as we added additional speakers and now it sounds great! I no longer need a converter box as I catch all the channels in the area crystal clear i've only had to add an antenna.
Summary: I have had this TV 1 1/2 years now! Still works great and you cannot beat the price. I have it in my bedroom which is a perfect size. I prefer a little bigger for the livingroom but this is perfect for a bedroom or kid room!
