Summary: Within 13 months (conveniently after the 1 year full warranty), this TV has a problem with the color. There are red shadows all the time, and it's darn near impossible to watch without going crazy. There is no specific color adjustment (only cool/warm/etc) so the only option is to have it repaired. Customer service was polite, but barely helpful. ("Did you turn it off and unplug the TV for a few minutes?" Uhh... gee... I didn't think of that!
