Features

The Scientifics 60 mm features a telescope with 2 x Barlow Lens which is an image magnification doubler using also the multi-coated optics. It features 1.25 inches eyepieces (8 mm and 20 mm). The aluminum rack and pinion focuser is featured as a holder to the 1.25 inches eyepieces. The base is contoured to fit 8 inches aperture reflector tubes. It offers Full computerized dual fork arm Altazimuth mount. The ergonomic design is said to provide convenient lifting and moving of the telescope from location to location. The Scientifics 60 mm features 5 x 24 finderscope which locates targeted objects or planets. The Edmund Sky Guide and Star and Planet Locator allows the subject self recognition with the celestial objects in the sky.
