Excerpt: Purchased this and it was way out of collimation and near impossible to recollimate. Prepare to spend at least 6 hours to get the mirrors even remotely aligned. Tripod is a lightweight aluminium and about as sturdy as a coke can. Equtorial knobs barely function as intended. Overall a complete waste of money and space. Best bet is to spend a little more money on an orion telescope, much better quality and 50x easier to collimate.
Cons: Difficult To Focus, Difficult to Use, Garbage, Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Lens Quality, Poor Quality, Unstable
Excelent telescope with high quality and low price point.

Summary: This is a very good telescope for the first time buyer or someone like myself who is starting back into watching the stars. It has a very good price point and has high quality. You would not expect that at this price. The assembly is very quick when you receive it and no problems. Some reviews have stated that the tripod is very light and moves around a lot. I did not find this to be the case.
Excerpt: The telescope tube and mirrors are excellenty made but the eyepieces could be better. The tripod is not overly steady either But with a few dollars invested in some much better eyepieces, the motor drive, amd placed on one of the better tripods from Celestron or Orion Telescopes this becomes a little gem. The mirror is not far off from being a six incher but the tube is much shorter than a six inch telescope and more portable.
Pros: Accurate, Compact, Easy to Use, Lightweight, Needs Tthe Optional Motor, Strong Construction
Cons: Difficult To Focus, Just Needs Better Lenses, Needs a stronger tripod, Poor Lens Quality, Unstable
