Excerpt: As a general telescope, it works great. The alignment of the three stars I choose was not accurate, but when I use the go to feature, the telescope went to my targets (Mars and Jupiter). I could not get much detail of these planets, I think it was the night air. Also when using this telescope the first time around there was no moon (I could still see stars in the background when using this telescope).
Pros: Easy to Use, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction

Excerpt: I am new to astronomy but have some knowledge of optics through photographic interests. I set this scope up in my back yard -- there was some wood smoke and light pollution. I had a difficult time using the finder and did not manage to align the scope using the 3 bright object automatic feature. However, I downloaded an iPad app with a star chart and managed to find jupiter and align the telescope using the solar system alignment option. Once aligned it worked great.
