Summary: 2007, that's when I originally purchased this tablet and 7 years later I'm adding a review. I hadn't used this tablet for quiet a few years now so I'm sure there are many better Wacom options. The accuracy and density of the strokes was good and everything felt pretty fluid. I'm sure the new tablets are sized bigger with better technology.
Summary: Having had one of these before (mine was eaten by a dog), it matched my expectations, and I have had a wonderful time getting re-acquainted with the use of a tablet. Big, big thumbs up for this product.
Summary: Right off bat, I'll tell you that if you take good care of the things you own, there is no reason apart from product defects that this tablet should die on you. I have had it over 6 years now and it's still working for me, sensitivity is great, tablet is currently connected to my Windows 8 laptop, no need for anything apart from plugging it in and waiting for the computer to recognize the device. It does, however, have a very small space for the pen/mouse to move in.
Summary: I never misused this product but it lasted me about 4 years. I was expecting to get way more out of it since I never mistreated it. They make these way better now so hopefully no one will have problems as I did. Nothing against the seller.
Summary: First of all, I've been using mine for years.. I want to say 5, maybe? I own a newer one, but I took this one in to work so it's still in use. This is a review on how long it lasts being used in place of a mouse for roughly 10 hours a day, over 5 years. The grip on the pen lasted a few months before it got dents from my fingers gripping it. By a year, it was totally gone.
Summary: I have used other tablets before, Wacom is by far the b etter product. I already had a wacom and I wore it out. it took a number of years before I had to buy it again. I was happy that I could find the one that I wanted. I love it.
Summary: The tablet is very easy to use. The pen that comes with it can be used on either end, depending on how you like to grip when you draw. The tablet itself is very responsive, and simply by plugging it into a USB port you can use it right away. If you don't mind working with a fairly small drawing area in the tablet, I highly recommend it.
