Summary: Don't waste your money!! We bought two as Christmas presents and they started having issues out of the box. It's now June and we are still trying to get the company to reply so we can send them back. Awful customer service, can't even get someone on the line. The screen started jumping and the whole left side of the screen isn't working. It would be well worth it to spend a few extra dollars on a better name brand.
Summary: Had a Visual Land 7' then bought the 10 without Google Play. Took a little playing around with mine but finally got it working with great speed. Bought the new with Google Play for my wife. She play games on Pogo and it seems to work fine. The only complaint I have is won't move around the internet very fast and wants to freeze. But for email, watching movies and listening to music it works great. Had very few problems with YouTube but was able to work around them.
Summary: The display on the tablet is blurry at best......sometimes when I power off it will not power off....instead staying on all night...a few of the applications that make the tablet run fail at times making this the worst tablet I have ever owned.
Summary: Setting the wallpaper is both difficult and weird. I still don't have a satisfactory answer. Transferring contacts in from Outlook was challenging. Still haven't figured out how to import Bookmarks in from Browser. Overall, we do enjoy its performance and think its a really good product for the money!
Summary: Don't waste your money. Bought it as a gift and it lasted less than a month. Visual Land replaced it (after 2 months of poor customer service) with another horrible tablet that lasted about a week. Suffice to say that I'm never buying from this company again!!
