Summary: I like everything about this Tablet. the dual boot OS is great. I do the work on Windows 7 and play on the Android. Its a very good Tablet unlike the Cheesy piece of crap called IPAD. I thought specs were just right for me. If you are looking for something BIG AND FAST buy a Gamer desktop, monitor, keyboard and mouse try to carry that BAD BOY around in your backpack. GOOD LUCK to all those looking for bigger and better.
Summary: This tablet works great! It came with Windows 7 installed which worked well, however I installed the Windows 8 preview on it and boy does it make the tablet experience totally come to life! The SSD hard drive is upgradeable as is the DDR3 memory module. You can even install a mini pci 3G card for data via a mobile network ( AT&T or other) Has a micro sd slot which can accept up to 32gb, great for adding extra storage space for software and files at a relatively low...
Summary: I love the Viewsonic 10, I love having dual boot capability on a tablet, although to get to the Android side you need a keyboard, the windows side is great, and having android is great too. I have a Ipad, and frankly there are just some things it can't do that a full version of Windows can, and the android part offsets anything missing from apple, I would love to see a Windows/apple tablet one day, that would truly be the best of both worlds.
Summary: Length:: 0:30 Mins First of all, i think it's only fair to say i did not buy this tablet directly through Amazon. However, the person i bought it off of did. The Pro's: -Very light weight -Very versatile -Easy to upgrade The Con's: -On the heavy side for a tablet (but not by much) -Hard to find a case -Can be confusing for some. All and all, i felt the software end of this device was a bit lacking, but that the guts are a solid purchase!
Summary: Since most of the negative reviews are from non-owners I will weight in with a more honest review from a non-owner. I own a Gtablet and can attest to Viewsonics support. I bricked my tablet trying to install aftermarket upgrades. When I contacted customer service they immediately gave me an RMA and sent out a replacement tablet. Recently they released an OTA upgrade to 2.2.1, now I can watch Netflix and Hulu on the tablet and the tablet is noticibly faster.
Great quality/price and very enjoyable. Dual boot is better with WIn 7

Summary: Excellent alternative to IPAD with much more affordable pricing. Its OS is ANDROID 2.2 which is friendly enough despite the fact I cannot find a way to delete email accounts previously set.!!! Viewsonic customer support was not very helpful with that. But they were absolutely wonderful with support on my other dual boot Viewpad10.
Summary: First, what I wanted it for: Primary - taking notes during meetings and conferences for work, and storing them electronically, linking them to emails, documents, etc. Secondary - web/email. I looked at a LOT of tablets. I started with some of the laptops that have touch screens... these got shot down early because of the price, the weight, the battery life, and the fact that HPs newest one is on backorder until who knows when.
Summary: I really like the Viewpad10 so far. I can't believe all of these people buying ipads and other non-windows tablets. Though I am sure they make great paper weights, I'm not sure what they are good for.. . . This is real, full-functioning computer instead of an over-sized phone--that doesn't make phone calls. (I don't use the Android OS.
