Summary: We purchased an ACER at the same time. The gTablet is more difficult and slower. The screen attracts fingerprints. There is no usb connection to a keyboard like the ACER. Placing files and finding them on the gTablet is more difficult. We won't return it, but it could be better.
Not a very good value for the money unless you root and add a new rom

Summary: I received my G Tablet about 2 months ago. It has it pluses but also have its minuses. The 10" screen is really good. It's nice and clear, bright and have a pretty wide viewing angle. But it is a fingerprint magnet so keep the enclosed cleaning cloth with you when you're using it. It is slower than I thought it would be. You can root it and add a different rom but I have no idea how to do that.
Spend your money on a better tablet or just save it!

Excerpt: Does not participate in the google market. battery life is very good! slow since it has a dated processor a little bulky compared to the newer tablets, but still much better than a laptop since it does not participate in the google market, you have to use other app markets to get your apps at, or download them to your phone and then move them across via your PC. not a big fan of the "TapNTap" interface..
Excerpt: I ended up returning this because after a week of using it, I became frustrated with many drawbacks that this unit had over the competition. I was unimpressed with the short battery life, the inability to use external USB devices (like a USB keyboard) and the overall build quality. It was very thick compared to the Kindle and Sumsung tablets. If it was half the price of a Kindle Fire I might have kept it - but for the money I can't justify keeping this.
