Summary: This tablet is good for the money. I purchased two: one for 60 and the other for 84. The more expensive one had been rooted with Jelly Bean os. I crashed a lot and I was forced to return it due some other issues as well. the other one has been performing quite well. I need to upgraded the os to get the most benefit out of it. However, I can not ask much for 60 dollars right?
Summary: i bought this item for my son because he is hospital bound. he likes the pictures quality very much the only bad thing about it is the sd card does not stay in the slot, if you are not careful it pops out no matter how you try to make it click in, he has to use paper and tape to hold the card in place, also there is no feature to copy/paste/delete movies. it must be plugged into a desktop to remove files.
Summary: I have used this tablet and the downloads are fast. It is easy to use and you can toggle from one screen to another nicely. Internet browsing is great and links are easy to press because it has a very accurate screen touch. I have owned a Viewsonic television too and their products are quite impressive (the plasma lasted for 6 years!) Also had a Viewsonic computer desktop screen around 16" and it lasted for 10. Very reliable.
Summary: I have used Pandigital tablets and HP Touchpads. This one lies between the two leaning more towards the HP. It works very well like the HP but it looks and feels like the Pandigitals. The HP and Ipad are sleek, more square, light and a pleasure to hold and look at. The Pandigitals are clunky, heavy, sharp edges and toylike in appearance. The ViewSonic is more like this than HP or Ipad like.
Excerpt: This device has the potential to be a Ipad killer. At a fraction of the price of an Ipad this device is faster and has the potential to utilize the full android market. This is bleeding edge technology and had a few bugs upon release. There have been a couple major updates to the software to fix many of the bugs though. This device has the potential to be around for a while and is a very good purchase IMO!
Excerpt: I bought this tablet at Sears when they were on sale for $350 + tax. I like it so far. First impression: the tablet has a nice build quality. It has sensitive capacitive touch screen. Viewing angle is very small. Stereo sound is very good but a little lacking. Battery life is a megatron - it seriously lasts a long time! And that is with me playing and tinkering with it 24/7. (Angry Birds, anyone?
Excerpt: I purchased this from Sears, and for the money this tablet is pretty nice. However there are a few flaws that keep it from being perfect. The first flaw is that the O/S out of the box is horrible. You really need to get the over the air update for it to even be considered usable. Doing that is difficult though since the wifi will drop out before it gets the update.
Viewsonic G Android Tablet is ok but still some flaws.

Excerpt: the Viewsonic G Android Tablet is okay but still has some flaws. The battery is fantastic as it's lasted me all night compared w/ my laptop which needs to be recharged after only a few hours. I love the android 2.2 operating system but setting this tablet up was no easy task. It literally took me quite a long time to set it up and I am not exactly pc illiterate! I can easily find my way around but this was rather difficult.
Summary: We LOVE this product. Cant wait to get home everyday to use it. Its so easy my kids can use it. No dilikes so far. can not compare it to other products since this is the first that we have owned. Bought this product as a fathers day present.
