Summary: I bought this tablet for my son for his 7th birthday. He got to play with it 5 times before it turned off and would not turn back on. I thought the company was great at first because they took it back, fixed it and sent it back within a week. My son used it for another 3 days before it did the same thing. I called, when I finally got someone to answer me they said they would send a new charger because it doesn't fully charge via the computer.
Summary: it is the worst company and tablet on the market there customer service is terrible the tablet stopped working they charged me 29.99 and said they would replace it with a new one . they sent me a refurbished on with some ones personal pictures and info left on it then they said it was never said that it would be new after 3 replacements im fed up and im out the money 186.99 for junk
Summary: Very unhappy with this Company, purchased this for our Grandson in 2011 and it did not work. My son and I made countless phone calls to them and they never would answer their phones. I have reported them to the better business bureau. It took waiting until the device ran out of warranty and our Square Trade warranty kicked in. Square trade discovered the device to be faulty and they are sending us a check for the full amount to compensate us.
Summary: I bought this tablet in December of 2011 before there was a lot of info out on it. Big mistake. First off, it's already broken. I always handle electronics carefully and aside from a few scratches on the back and a tiny nick in the screen, it has been in very good condition. But now, it doesn't even start up anymore. It's pretty much useless.
Summary: I purchased this device Dec 14 2011,seven months later the device failed to power on despite days of charging. I returned the device,left countless voice messages and at least a half a dozen emails they went unanswered. This company displayed ineffective communication,inability to follow up on the status of my device or close the loop .
Summary: 7 months after purchasing this product I wish I never had. since owning I've had to do 4 factory resets to regain Wi-Fi ability. The last time I did it the Wi-Fi won't come back. I turn it on, it starts to search for a network(sometimes), then promptly turns the Wi-Fi back off. Not to mention that it has a proprietary Mini usb charger that can only be bought from Velocity-Micro at the tune of $16 and $30 for shipping!!! wish I could have given it no stars.

Summary: Product is okay but after buying a Samsung Galaxy, I'm no longer impressed (clarity is not so great). Please see my nightmare search for a backup charger below: *** Update 2/1/2012. Finding a backup charger has been extremely difficult, the one they sell on Amazon from KHOI1971 does not work. The one you can order directly from Velocity has a $15.00 mailing charge ($33.00 for a charger is ridiculous).
Summary: Do not buy any product from Circuit City on line. I received a defective product, have contacted them three times, they have failed to respond. Now I have no gift in time for Christmas to give. I will have to dispute this with my credit card.
