Summary: I had one of these before and loved it. Got the SE version for my wife, expecting the same quility and functionality. Had to return the SE version twice for repair of the power outlet (micro-USB). The AT305 has a larger, sturdier power connecter separate from the micro-USB data line, allowing data use while charging. I had no "light around the edges" issue some have complained. It seems Toshia has fixed this issue.
Summary: I have used Toshiba products for many years. As a trusted performer, I decided on this tablet after reviewing others similar. The pricing put it in my budget as a competitor. It was an easy setup and had the features I like. Due to job requirement, I had to sell it in favor of a notebook as MS Office was a needed essential to my work. Not having a keyboard was a problem for a first time tablet owner.
Summary: This is a fantastic tablet, but just after a month of having it,I had to send it back,it wouldn't charge, turns out they needed to change the charging port. Now its doing the same again I think next time I'll buy a Samsung. Mind you this one is so nice and slim, not like the other bulky ones and quite user friendly.
Defective - but has NOT changed my desire for a working tablet

Summary: I have to believe this product was not tested thoroughly before sending it. The SD card reader was defective - aside from a rough entry - no simple push-in/pop-out - when the card(s) were inserted they were NOT recognized. It would have been nice to confer with a HUMAN on the situation - but alas back it goes. I found one for a still better deal on Ebay (hopefully - have not received the little jewel yet.
Summary: First, there's not a way to root the device, so I can't run apps on it like Titanium Backup. This turns me off to all Toshiba products, not just their Android line. But secondly, I've had spotty wireless connection problems. Very frustrating. I figured they were going to provide a fix assuming it might be software, but actually since they haven't, might be hardware related. I shouldn't have waited so long as now it's over a year since I bought the device.
Summary: its to flimsy and when u grab it from the corner it makes a cracking noise it freezes all the time and battery life suck it drains quick even when battery saver mode is on and theres alot of screen bleed when u see a movie with a black back round
Summary: I purchased this tablet from Eritech International Inc., who was very responsive to a couple of questions I had. The tablet is great. It has the Nvidia Tegra 4-core processor with a 5th core for battery-saving low-power operation (probably during standby mode). It has the same processor speed as the Samsung Galaxy tab 10 but double the number of cores (actually 2.5 x).
