Faulty Products & Bad Customer Service

Summary: I received my Scroll Excel II this July after completing a Business Enterprise course with SGS. Initially I was very excited to have the opportunity of owning a tablet, something which I could not justify buying for myself as a student. Unfortunately I doubt the course providers got their money's worth and unlike other reviewers I certainly have not received good customer service.
Summary: I bought this a birthday present for my eight year old daughter and she loved it. It worked well enough for a child to play games on, however after about six months she could no longer charge it at all and it was completely unuseable. I returned it as it was within the one year warranty, and ended up with a refund from the retailer as the manufacturer had been unable to repair or replace it - slightly odd as at the time of writing this review it is still available to...
Summary: First I have to say that this was supplied by Tribal UK who provided a great service. The first tablet was faulty so Tribal arranged collection for the Monday and a new one arrived on the Wednesday. The second tablet worked fine and does all I need perfectly well. I can recommend this tablet which for the price is extremely good value.
Summary: This is the 4th one I have bought as one of the my children smashed their screen and they are not replaceable and at that price I am not surprised. This was a way for us to give them the gaming/films internet etc without the big price tag and they love them.
Summary: I am absolutely delighted with this tablet. It is so easy to use and the perfect size for a handbag. It has all the functions I need and more. The only negative is that although it has a camera, you can only take a photo with the screen pointing towards you reflecting your own image, but I did not buy the tablet to use as a camera. I think there is a more expensive version that has a proper camera function if required. As a tablet I cannot fault it. Great value.
Summary: Works great. it is faster than most generic PDAs. The only problem was the preloaded Kindle Reader. The preloaded Kindle app kept crashing. It was necessary to go to the vendor site to download an updated version, which works great.
