Fantastic Tablet, worthy against the Competition of Samsung and Apple.

Summary: First of all this is the First Generation of the Xperia Z tablet, this is not the Xperia Z 2 Tablet (Which has more amazing specifications) I was so lucky to grab this tablet for $220 here on Amazon (9/19/14). When this tablet was first released it was worth $600 retail, now its $500 new, and as low as $400 used (as of 10/17/14). Mines was Specifically refurbished so not sure what happened to it in the past but the tablet works in every way to meet my expectations.

Best Tablet currently available and it's Waterproof !

Summary: I think this is the BEST 10.1" tablet currently available including the iPAD. Why? Besides sporting a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5 GHz 16 GB Flash Memory, 2 GB RAM Memory, and a 9-hour battery, it is WATERPROOF! That sold me, as I love watching TV while I cook in my kitchen. I would have paid extra for the peace of mind of knowing that if a little water splashes onto the screen, it won't become dead.
Summary: I am relatively inexperienced with tablets, having spent the majority of my time working with laptops. That said, I started looking for a tablet about a year ago with the intent of using one as an e-reader and I finally found a white Sony Xperia Z for a really good deal and snapped it up. I have had it for over a month now and so far I am pleased with it. There are a couple of little minor quirks that I would change but those are outweighed by the positives.
