Sony Vaio Tap 20 Review

maximum pc
18 June 2013
  • Excerpt: Sony markets its Vaio Tap 20 as a mobile desktop, but you could say that about any portable computer. We think “laptablet” is closer to the mark. With its 20-inch display, the Tap 20 is both a big laptop and a gargantuan tablet. And it wouldn’t make any sense at all without Windows 8 .
  • Pros: Unique, innovative design; makes a fabulous pinball simulator.
  • Cons: Only 4GB of memory; no HDMI in (or out); very slow benchmark performances.

Sony Vaio Tap 20 all-in-one touchscreen PC

Pocket Lint
16 January 2013
  • Conclusion: The Sony Vaio Tap 20 is big, bold and unlike much else on the market, but it's also just a bit strange. Arranged in the desktop-like position we have few qualms - it delivers enough power to cater for most tasks, though is nothing special for the £1,000 asking price, and won't cater for demanding...
  • Pros: Clever adjustable stand, screen looks good throughout various viewing angles, responsive to touch, battery could save from power outages, interesting new category
  • Cons: Not a Full HD screen, it's heavy, battery won't last out that long, not powerful enough to be considered a pro desktop, should be slimmer

  • Pros: Bien fini, Pied bien pensé, Puissant
  • Cons: Lourde, Pas de SSD, Mauvais son

Sony Vaio Tap 20

DinSide.no
1 March 2013
