Summary: I agree with the other Sept. 15, 2012 reviewer/user, this product is now useless as of yesterday (at least, for me). I woke-up yesterday -9/14/2012- and saw this message on my DASH screen: "Failed to authorized: No response from the server. Please visit [...] for help with this problem".
Summary: Unlike the original Chumby, the Dash has quite a few buttons on the device to perform simple functions; but unfortunetly like the Chumby the actual setup and channel selection add/delete has to occur online.
Summary: I would give this device a higher rating if it didn't spoadically freeze up on me. The only way to unfreeze it is to unplug it and let it reset. This is certainly not acceptable in a device primarily used as an alarm clock. Hopefully Sony will release an update to address this issue.
