Summary: This was a gift to my mom after her major surgery so she'd have something to occupy her time and learn a little technology. But very disappointed. It's charger(s) were all faulty. The android store was buggy. Updating it failed numerous times. 75% of the apps for android weren't even compatible. The screen was horribly unresponsive, even after following online instructions on how to calibrate it. It constantly would close out of apps back to the "home" screen.
Summary: I also got mine as a groupon deal, and yes, the charger is a little wobbly, but charges just fine. I use it for a reader, and also download a LOT of apps---and honestly it hasn't even gotten close to running out of memory for the small 8g it is. No removable storage on mine either! Touch screen works pretty well. There is not very much difference in brightness settings though, so very difficult to see outside, and seems over-bright at night.
Summary: Great value for the money! It's easy to transport due to its slim build. The screen resolution is very good. The touchpad is sometimes a little slow but you get the feel for it. I am thinking of getting more for gifts!
Summary: Love it!!! Comes already Updated with Android 4.0. Very user friendly and works just like a tablet. I bought it as a present for my daughter and she downloaded all her favorite apps and games without a problem, her books look great and she loves the...
Summary: I am in love with this tablet. It's a great buy. It's fast, the app store provided is awesome, battery life is good. If you want a great tablet w/out going broke, this is the tablet for you. The only thing I don't like is the camera, but I have a 12mp digital,so I'm good.
Summary: I purchased two of these tablets in December, and neither will charge without me having to wiggle the cord. I returned one of them in January and got it back today (March 20th) without the power cord or SD card I sent with it. When I plugged the power cord from the second unit into it, it still didn't charge. So apparently the short is in the cord, not the unit.
Summary: My husband and I each got one for our anniversary. We were very excited about it but it has given us nothing but frustration since we first got it out of the box. The screen is impossible to work with it's not a normal touch screen like an ipod touch or even my smartphone. It takes a LOT of getting used to and that is one of the main reasons that I very rarely use it. It's almost easier to just use my cell or ipod touch.
Summary: It may not be an IPad, nor a pc but it is perfect for my needs. It is small enough to fit in my pants pocket and to carry with me to use anywhere wi-fi is available. The 1.2 mhz processor and 512 mb of ram make it a peppy little tablet. Works quit...
