Summary: i did love it, a lot but that was years ago. now it cant keep up with anything. every partof it is obsoulete. cant even check emails no more. remeber when your looking at reviews. check the date. i finally retired my Q1.
Summary: I bought this refurbished and I must say it was better than I thought. it didn't come with a stylus (they did say that) second the cover that protects the vga, usb and lan cable wasn't included (not mentioned). For the most part it's not bad this device can play games like a computer (stand alone games and emulators worked pretty well) I used it so far to play VERY old pc games and so far so good.
Summary: It is as it appears. The mobile-phone style keyboard is quite unwieldy, it takes quite some practice to use with any amount of effectiveness due to the keys being very uniform and lacking any differentiation between one key and the next (for example, on a standard keyboard the F and J keys usually have a bump). The model I purchased was the one with a 600 MHz processor.
The Samsung Q1 has fulfilled its quata with with me.

Summary: I have owned a Q1 since march 2009, from which I have enjoyed this computer even now. The Samsung Q1 is a fully functional on the move laptop that is very underrated , given the right antivirus, the Q1 can sail through Internet pages not far behind MacBooks with twice it's operating capacity. Although some programs, for unknown reasons, after being downloaded on-line slow this tablets prosseccing ability.
Summary: Bought this over a year ago prior to deployment to Iraq. I wanted something that could easily be carried in my ruck sack and used to read books, watch movies, listen to music. It easily met all of those criteria and I had no operational issues for that period of time even though conditions were extremely dusty and very hot. I am back home now and I still use it every day.
Summary: The reason I purchased this unit was to use it on my BMW K1200LT motorcycle as a GPS device, I'll be using either Microsoft Streets & Trips or Delorme Street & Trip. Some testing to see which is the better will be required. Being it is a computer I can also use software to play MP3 files & hopefully I'll be able to link it all through the Bluetooth to a Bluetooth helmet headset, this will get rid of the cords currently in use.
