Excerpt: Purchased in Feb 14 to replace an 18 month old Nexus 7. Only reason for replacement was to upgrade (gave the Nexus to our daughter which she is still using). After 3 months (in a case) my wife took the note out of her purse and noticed a thumb size black spot n the screen. Within a day it had grown to a 2 " wide black line across the entire width of the screen.
Don't Buy this product from Costco.. or think it will be supported by Samsung,

Summary: Product has been nothing but a headache. Model Number is not recognized by Samsung, and Free Perks have never worked. Samsung seem unable to help and fix this, and Costco has not stood behind promises.
Summary: This could have been a great tablet/phone. It was the ultimate all-in-one tool. Other reviewers have already reviewed the great points about it so I won't rehash them because I loved all the features, especially the stylus. My problem with it started two months into owning it. I might had ended up with a lemon but I still feel I should report it. After two months, out of nowhere, the battery started draining unreasonably fast.
Summary: Total waste of money. Will be returning. Really wanted to give this a chance but all it does is crash or give me constant errors. Extremely frustrating all the Samsung apps that you can't remove. Who's device is it anyway? This was my first Samsung device, I guess they make ok TV's but this was a colossal waste of time and money. Honestly don't know how there are so many good reviews. Either they are all Samsung employees or perhaps I just got a lemon.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, false advertisement about storage, constant failures and crashes, complete waste of money
