not bad, look for something better, or wait for new version.

Summary: I like most of the features, but the point of the bad, and very bad battery life is a point I can't drive home enough. I may get 4 hrs of life, and have to recharge. May sell it to get a unit that gets 9.5 hours of life (asus). Aside from that, I really like the tablet. Oddly enough, it heats up during use, not charging. Apps are good, I have to use Puffin for flash, and I wish there was an alternative, like having flash in chrome.
Summary: The quality of materials is good but the weight of the tablet is a bit too much for me. Hardware is good, especially after taking in account the resolution of the screen. The only drawback is the amount of free RAM(around 1gb), half of it is reserved by GPU. Battery life is average, close to galaxy note 10.1 in usual mode. There's no battery saving mode and the charging time is around 7 hours. Software. My nexus 10 runs on stock android 4.4.2 kitkat.
Summary: Overall, a good tablet. However, it can be better than my old Motorola Xoom. And it is definitely not as solid a performer as the latest iPad. Some of the big problems are: constantly drop Wi-Fi connection causing problem with video streaming (like NetFlix)or online games. Other big problem is the response lag, even after uninstalling unused apps and killing unused apps from memory.
Summary: As an owner of multiple types of tablets with different operating systems, I find the nexus 10 to be my favorite stand alone Netflix movie viewer. Sound is the tablet's Achilles heel; I am usually forced to wear ear buds to hear dialogue. Resolution is great and the antenna picks up relatively weak signals. Like all tech things, it is dropping in price and to some degree I wish I had waited to save the $50 over what I paid.
