Great product but does have issues.

Summary: Good product, excellent picture and quick response. However, there is a problem with the picture brightening and fading uncontrollably. I returned the first Nexus I purchased for this reason, but my second one has the same issue. This my first use of a tablet, so I cannot compare with others. It is convenient, but I still rely on my computer more.
Summary: I originally bought a Dell Venue Pro 11 and almost instantly regretted my purchase. I was kidding myself that I could actually use this as a Windows device, a substitute for my laptop. Wasn't going to happen and it wasn't worth the cost. But the short experience made me realize that I just wanted a tablet for media consumption; watching videos/movies, internet/email, games, music.
not bad, look for something better, or wait for new version.

Summary: I like most of the features, but the point of the bad, and very bad battery life is a point I can't drive home enough. I may get 4 hrs of life, and have to recharge. May sell it to get a unit that gets 9.5 hours of life (asus). Aside from that, I really like the tablet. Oddly enough, it heats up during use, not charging. Apps are good, I have to use Puffin for flash, and I wish there was an alternative, like having flash in chrome.
Great product when running but subject to unexpected crashing.

Summary: This product works great, image quality and speed are superb. My only gripe is that it will crash unexpectedly and and auto-reboot, although this is not frequent and not that much of a issue. It might be a KitKat issue that will be fixed with future updates.
Summary: Finally...think I have found an actual productive-minded tablet that has isnt afraid if it's fun side! After several Droid phones and unprecedented happiness from them, I decided to take a chance on the Nexus 10 tablet and was pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was to use Microsoft Office documents - a minimum requirement - out of the box, without purchasing an app to get me what I need on a daily basis. (By the way, I'm writing this on my Nexus!) Bye-bye IPAD...
Summary: Overall I like it, but in certain area Ipad is better Pros Android Jelly bean platform: I like this feature over Ipad because I am leaning towards one account for all (google account) Screen resolution is pretty good Dislikes: Slower than Ipad Freezes up often Stand/cover accessory: I like Ipad's magnetic cover and stand way better than any available cover for Nexus.
Summary: The quality of materials is good but the weight of the tablet is a bit too much for me. Hardware is good, especially after taking in account the resolution of the screen. The only drawback is the amount of free RAM(around 1gb), half of it is reserved by GPU. Battery life is average, close to galaxy note 10.1 in usual mode. There's no battery saving mode and the charging time is around 7 hours. Software. My nexus 10 runs on stock android 4.4.2 kitkat.
Summary: I don't have a smartphone and have never done all that "swiping", so this is a big change from my iMac. I'm getting to like it more as I get used to it, although it seems overly dedicated to "social media" in which I have no interest.
