Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4

s21.com
16 May 2014
  • Summary: The TabPRO is an impressive step-up compared with Samsung's 2013 range. The 8.4 inch model clearly has the  iPad Mini with Retina display  in its sights. Whilst it lacks the premium build quality of the iPad Mini, it's cheaper and is technically a match for the Apple, except in the one area of battery life. In many other respects it beats the iPad Mini.

Review Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 Wi-Fi Tablet

Notebookcheck
9 April 2014
  • Summary: Competitive? Samsung's newest 8-inch tablet features many upgrades: A high-speed SoC, more working memory, four times the screen resolution, and the latest operating system in the 4.4 version. Has the major corporation done everything right, or does something come up short due to the multiple changes.
  • Pros: Screen resolution, Screen brightness, High performance, Battery runtime, Temperature development, Expandable storage, We like the overall concept of the 8.4 inch tablet because it features the latest hardware, and barely leaves room for criticism.
  • Cons: Flash memory could be faster, No major drawbacks are found in the Tab Pro 8.4. Thus, this part is left empty.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 review

wired.co.uk
10 April 2014
  • Conclusion: The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro a very good mid-sized tablet, but so is the Google Nexus 7 , and it costs a good £100 less. Still, for a midrange tablet you get a stonking screen and extremely powerful processor with a pretty good camera thrown in. Not bad at all.
  • Pros: Terrific screen, powerful processor, slim and sturdy build
  • Cons: On the pricey side

Samsung Galaxy TabPro 8.4 review

Pocket Lint
17 March 2014
  • Conclusion: There's a lot of great features on the Samsung Galaxy TabPro 8.4. It is well built, slim and light, offering all-day battery life, great internal hardware and some useful software tweaks. Although Samsung has set up the new Magazine UX system to parallel the usual Android one, we didn't find it too intrusive.
  • Pros: Fantastic display, plenty of power, useful software additions
  • Cons: Auto brightness, speakers a little lacklustre, high price, plasticky build

Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4

cellphones.ca
15 February 2014
  • Excerpt: The Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4 is the smallest of the TabPRO tablets measuring in at 8.4 inches and weighing a light 331 grams for the WiFi only version. Like the other tablets in this family, the TabPRO 8.4's display offers a resolution of 2560 x 1600. Due to its smaller screen it actually provides a pixel density of 359ppi, which is higher than both of the larger TabPRO models and even exceeds the pixel count of the iPad mini with Retina Display .
  • Pros: Crisp display due to high pixel density, Excellent brightness and color balance, 10 hour+ battery life
  • Cons: Small screen not ideal for Multi-Window feature, Performance issues when flicking through homescreens

Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4 16GB 4G

tek.no
18 November 2014
  • Cons: Begrenset internminne, Ikke NFC

Review: Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4

tabletsmagazine.nl
23 April 2014
  • Pros: Indrukwekkend display, Goede prestaties, Prijs- kwaliteitverhouding erg goed
