Galaxy Tab 8.9", test throughly when receiving a used purchase!!! Either way Samsung tablets are the best!
7 November 2013
Summary: I think I got jipped with this one, that's what I get for buying a used tablet and not returning it after I noticed one of the burnt pixels. I have a WiFi only model of this tablet that has the 1ghz dual core, where this ATT one has a better processor and my WiFi only works much smoother! I'm using it as a car tablet that I slide in and out. Problem like I said is that this one is not as smooth, bogs down like crazy some times.
Summary: The product was advertised as "NEW". I was even told by an Electro Brands representative it was " factory sealed", which it clearly was not. The seals were broken, and there were finger prints all over the screen protector. I should have paid more attention to the reviews, as many other buyers received "display models" of their products as well.
Summary: I purchased the tablet back in March of this year. It worked fine for a few months, but I have to say I didn't really use it much mostly for plane trips. I probably had a total use time of 20 hours. One day I went to turn it on, and nothing happened. I recharged it overnight even though I knew that battery should have been fully charged. The next day I tried it again, and it still would not call on. I called Samsung tech support for assistance.
Excerpt: I was very disappointed with the tablet, it was more powerful than my iPad1 buy somehow stuttered all the time, lagged, it just felt sluggish, and annoyed me more and more, great screen though.
Summary: LTE is nice to have, but the tablet is slow and badly needs an Android 4.1 update .. Otherwise perfectly OK LTE er fint å ha, men nettbrettet er tregt, og trenger sårt en Android 4,1 oppdatering..
Summary: I have tested this plate and have the right mixed impressions can be summed up in: Wonderful hardware, but immature and tough software. The size is perfect for me and it's easiest in the size class, by a wide margin. It would iofs happy to get to be even lighter, even a barely half kilogram feels after a while if you hold it with one hand. I think the bigger plates on the 10 inch is too big and heavy, then I prefer a light and flexible laptop that is 10x as useful.
Summary: Gets really pissed at that Samsung now monkey t after Apple with a completely proprietary connection. Worse, the two companies are using contacts that are basically exactly the same, but with tiny differences, which means that the contacts do not fit in the different factory Soldier products and that therefore the various preform can not use the same peripherals. How hard would it have been for Apple and Samsung have worked around this connection?
Summary: This is not a terrible tablet by any means, but I wish I'd bought another make. The tablet is underpowered, with the screen response laggy and inconsistent. The tablet also needs rebooting regularly as it locks or crashes. Web browsing is also pretty slow, much slower than my phone, put it this way. And the famed upgrade to ICS 4 is still not here, when most companies are now upgrading their devices to 4.1.
