It appears to be like new. The only disappointment
17 December 2014
Summary: I ordered this tablet for my wife. Neither of us have owned or used one previously. It arrived faster than I expected and was well packaged. It appears to be like new. The only disappointment... there was no operators manual or "quick start" instructions. After our grandson (typical teen age techie) set it up through our PC's wifi, she was able to get on line for e-mail, facebook, etc. Both of us are still struggling with the basic functions of the machine...
Summary: I bought this used which is a gamble of course. But, this came with barely any scratches on the back, the screen is completely unblemished. The one downside is it came without instructions so I am still learning how everything works. But, that is okay. It is relatively easy to use. I am very happy with my purchase.
Summary: Told by Samsung technical support that I could increase memory to 64G. They had the model number so it had to be a flat out deception.Thought I was getting the one with memory slot. Should have read all reviews.
Summary: This tablet is excellent even though it is a 2011 model. The only problem i encountered was the lack of a Verizon 4g LTE micro sim. They are usually included with phone enabled tablets, but it is missing from this one. However, it only cost $9 and took 2 days for the sim to arrive. If the sim had been included, or if the description had specifically stated a sim is NOT included, then it would have been a 5-star rating.
Summary: I bought this Galaxy because of good recommendations I read and it's price compared to an iPad. I'm still learning how to use it but would recommend it . It has a nice size screen, good color resolution, and graphics.
